The free Kananook School Bus
The students living in the area previously serviced by the Fairway Primary School use the Kananook School Bus to enable their safe passage of travel to and from school. Only those students living in the east side of the railway line and in the area bounded by Dandenong Road West, Beach Street and Skye Road are eligible to catch the bus. The bus stops at one collection point only (the corner of Fairway and Orwil Streets) each morning. The bus driver drops the students at the Wells Road entrance of the school in the specially marked bus zone.
