Ella is an exciting digital language program to open up a world of cultural possibilities for children in early life. As a part of our Global Citizen program, our Prep to Year 2 students have been learning Hindi via a play based app called The Polyglots.

The apps have a cast of colourful characters – the Polyglots – who introduce children to a new language through digital play. Experiences match young children’s interests, like cooking, art, building, role-play and music. This means that the apps are as engaging as they are educational.

Kananook Primary School students have been visiting local Kinders to introduce this new and exciting app to them. It has been a wonderful experience for all involved and we are building fantastic new community connections.
